Shipping Note:

All orders, unless otherwise noted, will ship from Ohio, 45889. Our normal shipping is UPS Ground. Shipping for one toilet to any of the 48 mainland states is $35 for UPS shipping. Even though it may show more on your online order, when we process the order we will email the adjusted amount and the tracking number for your shipment.

Shipping for small parts is $5.85 to $15.85. For example: an AC wall transformer will be $5.85 sent USPS priority mail or an extra bottle or solar vent will be $15.85.

We are able to ship to many countries outside of the US and Canada. Please contact us via email for shipping quotes. Any duties and/or fees required to be paid to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
